Family and Inheritance Law
In matters arising from family relations and the devolution of estates we advise and represent clients with care for private life and for the parties’ personal circumstances. In family-law disputes we assess financial consequences, the best interests of children and the parties’ future obligations together, and we adopt an approach suited to the personal character of each file.
In divorce, the liquidation of the matrimonial property regime and the division of estates we examine the structure of the assets and the parties’ rights and claims in detail, and we set the legal framework of agreed solutions on that basis. Where there is a dispute we follow the necessary protective measures and court proceedings; we also advise on wills, inheritance contracts and partition arrangements so that later questions of validity and performance can be avoided.
