Credit, security and financing, with repayment and collateral treated together.
Banking and Finance Law
We advise banks and financial institutions, and persons and companies using finance, by assessing the purpose of the financing, the repayment structure and the security package together. Existing contractual obligations and the legal consequences of the proposed transaction for the parties are examined in detail, and we attach importance to consistency between the transaction documents and the required corporate resolutions.
In the drafting, negotiation and performance of credit and security agreements we work comprehensively on the scope of the obligations and on the remedies available on default. We support negotiations on the restructuring of debts and the arrangement of payment terms, and we follow disputes arising from credit, security and other financial transactions with the legal positions of creditors and debtors and the present status of the security kept in view together.
