Environment and Zoning Law

On the use of immovable property, building conditions and the environmental duties of activities, we advise so that the legal framework of investment and operating decisions can be set. Plans, building permits, licences and administrative records are examined as a whole, with the effect of zoning and environmental rules on the project kept in view; the relationship between present use and the intended activity is taken into account in assessing the project’s legal position.

In permit and inspection processes we work in detail on the legal significance of technical documents, and we prepare correspondence, applications and objections on that basis. We follow disputes arising from zoning practice and environmental duties, and acts that restrict the use of property; in demolition, activity-stop and administrative-fine measures we assess the need for interim protection as well as judicial applications, and we provide the required support.
