Criminal Law
Criminal defence and assistance from the first stage through enforcement.
Criminal Law
Recognising that legal assistance in criminal proceedings matters from the first stage, we assess the alleged acts, the evidence on the file and any protective measures as a whole. In addition to offences against persons and property, we examine criminal files arising from commercial activity, company management and the use of information systems with close attention to how the events unfolded and to the parties’ legal positions.
In preparing defence and complaint work we focus on the particular facts and proof issues of each file, and we assist from statements and questioning through hearings, appellate remedies and enforcement. Findings from professional experience and file review inform the assessment of evidence and the protection of procedural rights, and the legal approach at each stage of the proceedings is built on that basis.
