Administrative and Tax Law
In matters arising from the acts of public authorities and from taxation, we advise and represent clients with close attention to the specific remedies and time limits of administrative and tax disputes. The legal basis, reasoning and service of the act, and its effect on the client, are examined in detail; applications and claims are prepared in light of the nature of the dispute and of the legal and practical consequences of the act.
We support clients from licences and permits through public procurement, administrative sanctions and tax audits, treating applications before the administration and judicial protection as one process. We attach importance to grounding unlawfulness arguments in concrete documents and to assessing the consequences of implementing the act; annulment and full-remedy actions, stay-of-execution requests and appellate remedies are followed according to the features of the file.
