Employment and Social Security Law
Legal work on the formation, continuation and ending of the employment relationship, and on social-security duties, is conducted with the organisation of the workplace, working conditions and the parties’ needs kept in view together. When the legal framework of human-resources practice is set, we attach importance to the fit between employment contracts and internal rules and day-to-day operations; proof issues and the risk of later disputes are assessed at the preparation stage.
In disputes between employee and employer we examine the reasons for termination, working records, wage documents and other evidence in full, and we support resolution through discussion and mediation. We represent clients in litigation, and we also advise and follow disputes on insurance status, premiums, retirement, workplace accidents and occupational disease within the framework of the institution’s acts and the applicable liability rules.
