Commercial Law

Counsel and representation from day-to-day trading through long-term partnerships.

Commercial Law

In light of changing commercial conditions and the specific dynamics of each sector, the firm advises and represents clients across a wide range of matters, from daily transactions to long-term business partnerships. Drawing on experience in commercial counsel and dispute work, we examine relationships with customers, suppliers, dealers and other counterparties in detail, and we shape contractual arrangements so that they both provide legal protection and fit the client’s operating model and commercial priorities.

We treat the drafting, negotiation, performance and termination of contracts as a single, connected process, and we support the continuity of commercial relationships while helping to prevent future disputes. Where a conflict arises, we review commercial records, correspondence and other evidence in full; negotiation, mediation and litigation are then conducted in light of the facts of the case and the client’s legal and commercial needs.
